Conditions

1. Purchasing as an end customer
AQUA POWER provides an online shop for its products at www.aquapower.eu. End customers can order from the product range here and the goods in stock will be sent directly to the specified delivery address after successful payment.

An order confirmation and invoice will be sent by email.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal
For all purchases at www.aquapower.eu, AQUA POWER grants the statutory right of withdrawal for a total of 14 days.

Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

However, the prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you return the goods completely and undamaged in the original packaging.

Important: According to 4 Para. 2 KSchG, the customer has to return sealed goods which are not suitable for open return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. If these goods are opened, they cannot be returned and the customer is not entitled to reimbursement of the purchase price. In these cases, the following cancellation policy and the associated right of cancellation do not apply.

In the case of a return or if you have any questions, you can reach our support at support@aquapower.eu.

You have to pay the postage for a return.

3. Repayments
We will automatically arrange any repayments to the account you used for payment. If you have paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the associated credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to your gift voucher account.

4. Transport damage
The sender assumes the transport risk.

5. Reservation of delivery
We supply as long as we are not out of stock

6. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of AQUA POWER until they have been paid for in full

7. Applicable law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction
Only Austrian law. The validity of the uniform UN sales law is excluded.

8. Severability Clause
The ineffectiveness or invalidity of one or more provisions of this contract does not affect the effectiveness of this contract. The void or ineffective part should be replaced by a regulation that most closely reflects the economic sense and purpose of the contract.
